Shipping - Reptile Realm ships UPS next day, Monday through Thursday. Buyer must also let us know what the climate is for heat/cold packs we will not ship to very cold areas during the winter months
Live Garuantee - Reptile Realm assure that your reptile will arrive alive, as long as there is someone there to recieve and sign for the package. If your reptile arrives dead you must contact us within 2 hours of the delivery time.
Dead Delivery - Though it has never happened, if it does we will refund your money or provide a replacement (if one is available) in a timely manner.
